For someone who supposedly isn’t in the VP market, there certainly is a lot of chatter about McCain choosing Condi as his running mate. Today brings us the endorsement of Grover Norquist, the host of the weekly big-wig breakfast that Condi attended two weeks ago.
“If her goal was to convince everyone she would be a good president and, therefore, a good vice president — she hit it out of the ballpark,” Norquist tells The Sleuth.
Personally, Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, believes Condi “would be a great president.” And, yes, a “great vice president.”
Hmmm……

Let’s put it this way, her denial of today wasn’t exactly vintage William Tecumseh Sherman. She said something to Grover that Grover really liked.
And if you have Grover in your corner, that helps.
