Beltway Snark

Remember John McCain? That old guy that has his party’s nomination in the bag? Yeah, he’s still here. Seems like he’s biding his time by going on meet-and-greet tours with catchy names. This week it’s the “Time for Action” tour, which is taking him to some wonderfun and exciting locals:

Monday he was in Selma, Alabama; Tuesday, it was Youngstown, Ohio; yesterday was Inez, Kentucky; and today he toured the lower ninth ward which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

John McCain, boldly going where no Republican has gone before. Or at least where no Republican seems to go willingly.
