Beltway Snark

The newest spin on Pelosi’s refusal to allow a vote on domestic drilling; she’s trying to play bad cop so that her fellow Dems in tight races can pretend to oppose her and make themselves look good. Good strategy, except a) apparently none of those at-risk Dems got the memo and b) the GOP has picked up on that fact and are running with it. John Boehner wonders aloud where he might find these Democrats, and if they would be willing to sign a petition to that effect. Not to mention those damn pesky bloggers who just won’t leave this sort of thing be.
