Wow, and I though McCain’s ads were lighthearted jabs at Obama’s uber-celebrity status. I’m not with it enough to get all these deep subtexts that Lefties see. Here’s the newest loony interpretation, this one relating to McCain’s “The One” ad.
Perhaps the most puzzling scene in the ad is an altered segment from The 10 Commandments that appears near the end. A Moses-playing Charlton Heston parts the animated waters of the Red Sea, out of which rises the quasi-presidential seal the Obama campaign used for a brief time earlier this summer before being mocked into retiring it. The seal, which features an eagle with wings spread, is not recognizable like the campaign’s red-white-and-blue “O” logo. That confused Democratic consultant Eric Sapp until he went to his Bible and remembered that in the apocalyptic Book of Daniel, the Antichrist is described as rising from the sea as a creature with wings like an eagle.
You’ve got to be kidding me. Granted I have heard people (not Democrats) float the idea that Obama is somehow representative of the end times and outright accuse him of being the Antichrist, and it’s retarded. Lefties though it was retarded too until they could use it as a smear against McCain.
It’s like a game of political limbo; how low can you go?

Obama should not be president. He is not right for the job. He is inexperienced, and too young. John McCain should be president because he is experienced, and just because he was a prisoner of war for six years. I think he would know how the soldiers in Iraq feel, and be knowledgeable about the war and what to do.
John McCain 2008!
Sincerely,
