Team Obama is wetting their pants over it. I like the subtext Michelle added here, I think it sums up Team Obama’s reposnse perfectly.
“Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency. [HOLY] Governor Palin shares John McCain’s commitment to overturning Roe v. Wade, the agenda of Big Oil and continuing George Bush’s failed economic policies — that’s not the change we need, it’s just more of the same,” [CRAP] spokesman Bill Burton said in a statement.
Um, she has more experience than your guy….
And to think, Obama could have avoided all this by just getting over himself and picking Hillary as his VP. Hubris is a mofo.
Another way you know it was a good pick; the conservative base is fired up about it. The last thing Team Obama needs right now is a newly energized GOP base.

Palin is a great pick . . . brilliant! As to the question, “will she be able to bring over any of Hillary’s supporters?” Let me respond as a Hillary supporter, “you betcha!”
She’s a maverick like McCain who has stood up to corruption in her own state. What has she accomplished? Well, for one thing, she stopped the “bridge to no where!” That’s a hell of lot more than Obama who, as Hillary said,”gave a speech.”
She’s a game changer. Want to bet she knows you don’t go duck hunting with a six shooter?

Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency.
Even Bill “Foot In Mouth” Burton knows McCain has this wrapped up. He already has Palin as the VP.
Thanks for the endorsement, Billy! *thumbs up*
