Team Obama is now down one Surgeon General and one Deputy Treasury Secretary. Dr. Sanjay Gupta, the CNN doctor guy, pulled out because he likes CNN better. Annette Nazareth, Geithner’s choice for his second in command, pulled out because of “personal reasons.”
I’m beginning to wonder if Obama’s Cabinet will ever be full.
UPDATE – And the hits just keep coming; Obama’s pick to be the head of the National Intelligence Council, Chas W. Freeman Jr, gets his wages paid by the Saudi royal family. No conflict of interest there, no siree. And apparently nobody in Team Obama knew that. Because they didn’t vet him. Amateur hour continues.
